ERICA L. MCCAIN, LUTCF Owner, President, and Wealth Management Advisor
As the founder of McCain & Associates of Ohio, LLC, Erica McCain is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams by providing easy-to-understand financial strategies.
Erica got her start in the industry in 1999, working for a Fortune 500 company in the financial services business before starting her own company in 2007. Her top priority is taking the time to discover what is most important to her clients and developing a strategy to meet their specific needs. Erica’s true passion is helping clients understand complex financial issues.
Erica holds life and health insurance licenses in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia. She also earned her Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation. She is a member of an elite association known as Million Dollar Round Table.
Erica has been happily married to her husband for 29 years and has two sons, who are kind, compassionate and adventurous — she could not possibly be prouder of them. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, cooking, traveling and outdoor adventures.
Million Dollar Round Table (“MDRT”) is a membership organization. Qualifying criteria for membership include attaining specified levels of commissions earned, premium paid or income earned on the sale of insurance and other financial products. The MDRT membership requires the payment of annual dues, compliance with ethical standards, and to be in good standing with an MDRT-approved Professional Association. There are 3 levels of membership which include standard membership, Court of the Table and Top of the Table. LANITA GAUL Assistant
With a diverse professional background ranging from small family-owned businesses to dynamic corporate settings, Lanita has been involved in delivering high-quality executive assistant and administrative services since 2006, all from a remote location. She became a part of the McCain & Associates team in 2008. Outside of work, Lanita dedicates her time to her family, volunteering to work with those in marginalized and/or homeless communities, and embarking on journeys with her husband riding their Harley Davidsons. Lanita resides in Ohio and enjoys exploring new knowledge and experiences.
LUCAS BAHNER Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at McCain and Associates, I lead and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency, accountability, and exceptional client service. I work closely with leadership and team members to implement strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth and long-term success. I have been interested in the stock market and how it works for several years, continuously expanding my knowledge of market trends and investment strategies. I am passionate about using my insight to support our team as they help clients work toward their financial goals with confidence and clarity.
ETHAN MCCAIN Director of Marketing
Hi, I’m Ethan McCain, and I head up marketing here at McCain & Associates. My career started out in California’s mortgage industry before I made the move back home to Ohio to help run our family business. These days, I spend my time finding new ways to help grow our firm and connect with clients on a more personal level through our firm marketing.
